"I recommend this tea, along with Detox, and Healthy Fasing. I will usually alternate between the three, using 2 bags per cup. This particular tea used to be my favorite, but Yogi made the mistake of changing the select ingredients, actually they removed some, what I would say was the flavor, because now it is pretty bland. But I still use it because I know that it works from experience."
