"I was hesitant to try this product because I've always just stuck to what I'm used to. However, living in a cold climate that doesn't get a lot of sunshine, I was told by a co-worker that maybe I should start taking D-3, as I likely wasn't getting enough in my diet. So I did.
The first day that I took it, my stomach was very upset, & had some "digestion issues." I think it was because my body wasn't used to getting all that D-3 all at once. I probably should have started with the 400 I.U. once a day, then after a few weeks, taken it twice a day, then moved to the 1,000 I.U. once a day, then to the 2,000. Maybe then my body wouldn't have retaliated the way it did! I don't think it had anything to do with the product's quality - my body was just needing to adjust to what I was taking, that's all.
But all is well now, & overall I'm very satisfied with the product. I'm not a big pill-taker, so I didn't want some huge pill that was hard to swallow, so I was apprehensive about that. But my worries were eased once I started to take it - very easy to swallow!"

Swanson is a godsend not only are they very competitive with their pricing, their international shipping is excellent.
