"I have noticed my nails grow faster and stronger while I'm using this supplement. I'm not sure it does a lot for my hair as I haven't really noticed much difference. The only negative about this product is the way it smells. Yuck! I have to hold my nose to take it because it really grosses me out. I wish they could coat the pill with something so the smell wouldn't be noticed."

"I have very terrible natural hair skin and nail health, but the usual sort of Hair, Skin, and Nail supplements weren't doing anything for me. All of them were in the form of multiple vitamins and minerals. I finally stumbled upon this product here while looking for other products and decided to give it a try... It really works!
