"I been smoking for over 20 years and its catching up with me (Starting to try and quit again) just running up and down stairs at work all day I can feel it and in the morning, anyways after just 2 days of taking the full dose recommended on the bottle (2 pills 3X a Day! Thats why I gave it a 3 on convenience, but its really no big deal to me) I am definately breathing better and deeper and feel more awake in the morning."

"Here in NJ during the summer months, it gets very muggy and sometimes breathing for me is a little rough.
I decided to purchase this product and give it a try and it really works great. I started using it and within two days my breathing was not labored anymore and I actually felt like I had more stamina from not having to breathe so hard.
