"This is such a fun product to use. It is delicous and has the highest fiber of all flours. It is also very nutrious for you. I have never tried it before, but now I am using this to bake bread on weekly bases. I also recommend buying the book "How to cook with coconut flours" which swanson also sells. Coconut bread was filling, tasted delicious and easy to make once you follow the direction."
