"A great combination of greens and probiotics which are especially helpful on those days when food sources of greens are lacking or non-existant. I mix mine in a protein drink of sorts using either a fruit juice or vegetable juice base, a raw egg, rice bran powder, multi-vitamin powder, plain yougurt, wheat germ powder, brewers yeast, (and some other misc. ingredients). This doesn't look pretty, but the taste is surprisingly good and makes for a very nutrient rich and satisfying drink. Swanson's price presents a great value when compared to other green products on the market."

"I mix this in water with the Fruit & Vegetable powder as a nutritional power-house beginning to my day. Doing it this way gives 4 grams of fiber in one shot, which is always a plus since people tend to not get enough fiber these days.... Also, if you mix them together, you don't have to drink your greens in such a "prolonged effort." It doesn't taste BAD, but like most people, I just like the get my supplements done and off my brain so that I can get on with my day. No doubt, this stuff WILL give you energy and is VERY healthy for you - the nutrition cannot be denied."

I find that have have more stamina throughout the day when I take this product. My immune function and cognitive function seem to be helped by this product too. "I could not live without my Green Max Powder because it soothes and cleanses my intestinal tract.
I start my day with 2 TBS. Green Max powder in 1 cup + water in a blender then add 2 TBS. ground flax seed and an apple cut up. Blend till smooth--drink--wait 1 hour before breakfast.
This routine sets the pace for the entire day to clean sweep my GI tract not to mention the benifits of whole green foods and herbs. I like the way it makes me feel!! No need for any of those high priced green powder drinks you find in the health food stores either!."

My only complaint is that the bottle has a narrow neck, which makes it difficult to get the correct amount out with the measuring spoon that's provided. I highly recommend it to anyone."

"This is one of those "must have" products for me. It is like taking several suppliments at the same time, is a whole food source so you know it is very compatible to the body. You get your super green, immune boosting food and several other nutrients and herbs all in one powder. I mix it with juice and water and drink it every morning. It is also great for a couple of digestive problems that I have. Best of all, it is a really affordable alternative to trying to take all these nutrients in pill form. (I am on a really tight budget. "EFFECT: My mother and I both use this item and she believes the probiotics have helped her intestinal tract irritations. For the most part they have subsided.
I feel better, wake up easier and am definately more energetic.
TASTE: My mother doesn't mind the taste of this product, where I find it awful. I mix with a tomatoe juice and mom with a diet soda.
The benefits outway the flavor - both mom and I will continue to use!
CONVENIENCE: It would be nice to package this product in a tub instead of a bottle for easier extraction of the powder."

"I love this stuff! It is like taking a B-12 shot! Gives you tons of additional energy and ensures that you get your veggies. The only problem is that it tastes terrible. But you can mask the flavor with a strong Kool Aid, Tang or Gatorade powder. I mix this all together in plastic Gatorade containers which I save for just this purpose. A couple of good shakes and your off to the races...or a good days work."
